Here is a sample of a daily menu (with supplementation included) that I followed as I prepared for the photos for this book.

MORNING SUPPLEMENTATION

7:00 a.m.4 BCAA (branched chain amino acids) pills

1/2 caffeine pill

MEAL 1

8:00 a.m.1 multivitamin/mineral pack

1 fish oil tablet

2 chondroitin/glucosamine tablets

2 whole eggs and 8 egg whites, scrambled and topped with salsa or hot sauce

1 cup ready-made oatmeal with one Splenda and ground cinnamon

MEAL 2

11:00 a.m.1 scoop pre-workout powder

2 scoops of casein protein powder in water with half an avocado
